Purpose of the game:
As you browse through the neighborhoods of MiniPolis you can buy them, build houses and hotels, own utility companies and control airports with the ultimate goal of driving your competitors to bankruptcy and having MiniPolis all for yourself.
Rules of Casino MiniPolis 320x320:
1. All players start outside the city of MiniPolis throwing dice in turn and going to a street or avenue determined by the reading of the dice.
2. When you go to a street or avenue you have two choices - pay rent to the owner or buy it from the bank if nobody owns it.
3. There are two other ways to trade in MiniPolis - You bid on an auction for some of the other player's property; or exchange properties with other players.
4. There are some special places in MiniPolis like the City Hall, the Casino, and the Vacation Island, which cannot be traded. You will know what to do when you get there.
5. You can build houses and hotels in MiniPolis if you own all the streets and avenues in a neighborhood.

To begin with, my device is a
Palm Centro which is not one
of the items on your list, but
the modern Palm was the third
device purchased (and fourth
cell phone!) in the last five
years!
The game Casino Minipolis has
everything a game should have,
which happens to be about New
York (I was born in Jamaica--
a suburb of New York City--in
1960), and it does remind me
of the famous Monopoly game!
In fact, the rules, as I have
already known, are played like
Monopoly, save for the display
which has square boxes on top
of each other. But it indeed
reminds you when the game is
over, and you can always play
another one with new names to
display--there are no limits!
(Not counting 25 turns to a
player, of course before you
would have to register--it's
freeware to me!)
